To download a form from the Chrome web browser:​​

1. Click the link to the Form you wish to download. The form will open, even if it does not view properly.

2. In the top menu go to “File”, “Save Page As” or “Save As”, or click the hidden menu on the right-hand side and choose “More Tools”, then “Save Page As”.

3. Select the “Downloads” folder from the drop-down menu that appears.
